
Office Administrator Vacancy
Reporting to the Group Human Resources Executive, the successful incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Manage reception area and carry out switchboard duties; screening of phone calls, answering and forwarding phone calls.
- Maintain stock-list and order office supplies as needed.
- Arrange couriers, sorting and distributing of post.
- Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate times, booking boardrooms and arranging meals and refreshments.
- Assist with typing documents, minutes, memos, reports and presentations.

- Assist in planning, organizing and arranging company events including organizing catering for all board meetings, office functions, desk drop gifts.

- Manage travel budget and travel expenses to ensure all expenses are within budget.
- Coordinate the Group’s travel arrangements by communicating with relevant agencies to produce itineraries for staff including flight bookings, accommodation and transport.
- Manage travel invoices, recons, expenses including company credit cards and submit on a monthly basis.
- Organise, implement and maintain master filing system. Ensure that files are correctly labelled and correctly filed.
- Supervise the kitchen staff and ensure that the office is kept in a clean and tidy state.

- Experience in Secretarial and Office Administration.
- Office Administration Qualification would be advantageous.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs.
- Good organizational; communications and leadership skills
- High integrity, able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must have a valid drivers’ license.
